Performance Issue :: CPU utilization reaching 25-30 %m for SSH_CONNECT if Server is OFF and SSH_OPTIONS_TIMEOUT is 30 seconds

Hi All,

Facing strange CPU issue when performing ssh_connect(session), with IP/Hostname 
which is OFF.  And SSH_OPTIONS_TIMEOUT is 30 seconds.
I see that is taking 25-30% CPU. Please suggest me is there any bug in 0.9.4 
version of libssh, related to performance.
