libssh itself doesn't have LTS versions or anything like that, however
RHEL 8 includes libssh 0.9 and RHEL 9 includes libssh 0.10 in the Base
OS repository, and (some of) the libssh maintainers are Red Hat
employees. This should give you a general idea.
