Hi Christophe Fergeau,

I don't know a way to automatically register an email address
into fedorahosted maillist without its owner to confirm it.

Not sure how other people treat this, but it's rude to me if anyone
try to register me to new maillist without check with me first.

Considering we only have 32 subscriber of libstoragemgmt-devel and
18 for libstoragemgmt-users, I could manually reply them if any of
them still using the old maillist.

On the contrary, I think keeping warning file is less confusing.

If we remove the git repo, when user invoke 'git pull', it will got
404 or other errors, they have to investigate whether sf.net git goes
down, or his gitconfig truncated by xfs again, or other 100
possibilities.

After minutes or hours, they finally found out "aha, they moved the
github".

But if we keep single simple file in that repo, next git pull will
give them a clear warning: 'MOVED_TO_GITHUB.txt'. The github url could
be stored in that file also.

Does this works for you?

Thank you for letting us know your concerns.

Best regards.
