Log message:
* tests/testsuite.at (LT_AT_AUTOMAKE): New macro.
* tests/subproject.at: Use it. Do not call `autoreconf' in
tests, since it will try to reconfigure `sub/ltdl', which
breaks `make check' during `distcheck' because of a readonly
source tree.
