* libtool.m4 (AC_LIBTOOL_PROG_LD_SHLIBS) <exclude_expsyms>:
Also exclude `_GLOBAL__F[ID]_.*'. Also set for the C++ tag.
Fixes esp. demo/helldl build failure with GCC on AIX.
