Log message:
GNU Libtool 2.2.2 was released.
* configure.ac, libltdl/configure.ac (AC_INIT): Bump version
number to 2.2.2.
* libltdl/Makefile.in (LTDL_VERSION_INFO): C:R+1:A because the
interfaces are unchanged, even though we improved the code some
more.
* NEWS: Updated.
