I agree that it would be sensible to rewrite the func_copy_* functions to collect a filtered list of filenames, and then copy them all in on serial operation (with 2 forked tars overall). Hi Gary, Yes, I was referring to the two tars per file copy. Adding this to TODO seems like a good idea.
