Here's an update on the ILD line being too long in the multi-language
branch.
The changes I checked in to the multi-language branch a few days ago
improves the situation for the multi-language branch adding the
inter-library dependencies extracted from the C++ compiler in the
right place at the right time, but it doesn't correct the problem with
the existing ILD mechanism. At first I thought it was a
multi-language branch problem. However, AFAICT, both the HEAD branch
and the multi-language branch are susceptible to the long ILD line
problems you encountered, as you pointed out.
