Dear GNU, I am having a problem on a RED Hat box. I tryed to upgrade from libtool 1.3.5 to the latest version. I removed the files associated with 1.3.5 dowloaded the latest tarball, and tryed to install.
However, I can not get it to create a file "ltconfig". I have been trying for 2 days. Without 'ltconfig' I can't compile PHP properly. If anyone has any idea how to do this, please reply.
