Hello
I would like to ask for help. I did read the man pages, but i am still
not sure, how to do following:
When torrent rate is 3.00 or more, stop that torrent, move the files to
different directory (torrents/Finished), store the torrent there too and
forget about it (close it and so).
When somebody ask me about some old torrent (that I already have), then
copy (manually) the files & torrent to some directory (torrents/Reseed)
and start seeding it (to 3.0 ratio or forever, i do not care too much
about this).
(The idea is about having archive of downloaded torrents and be able to
reseed them when somebody ask, but the computer for internet connection
have small disk, so the archive would be somewhere else on big storage
and the torrents&data will be transferred as needed between the two
computers - manually)
So far i had discovered this (and it works):
# Enable the default ratio group.
ratio.enable=
# Change the limits
ratio.min.set=300
ratio.max.set=310
# Default directory to save the downloaded torrents.
directory = /home/gilhad/torrents/Download
# Close torrents when diskspace is low.
schedule = low_diskspace,5,60,close_low_diskspace=100M
session = /home/gilhad/torrents/.session
I have *** rTorrent 0.8.7/0.12.7 - ***
I can write my shellscripts to move files around and so, but i do not
know, how to make things work in rtorrent. So far i can just download
files, but (especially with DHT) i do not know, how to find torrent
files for finished downloads and how to work with it.
Thanks for any help
Gilhad
