I uploaded a 1.0 release candidate yesterday for testing. This
incorporates development work done by several people over a period
spanning more than two years. From the NEWS file:

+** Fast unwind (rbp, rsp, rip only) on x86_64 with a fallback to
+   slow code path (Lassi Turra)
+** Improved local and remote unwinding on ARM (Ken Werner)
+** Testing, stability and many fixes on x86 (Paul Pluzhnikov)
+** FreeBSD port and clean separation of OS specific bits
+   (Konstantin Belousov)
+** Thanks for all the bug reports, contributions and testing!

Please test and report bugs. I still see the same 5 failures out of 29
on x86_64 discussed earlier on the list.
