Hi Arun/Others, We recently upgraded to gcc 4.7.2 from gcc 4.4 and use libunwind 1.0.1. On Linux x86_64, test-ptrace has started failing (passed with gcc 4.4). Is this a known failure? If not, would you like any information from my end?
Here is the log of test cases run (rest of the test cases are commented based on advice from Arun/Other developers): PASS: test-proc-info PASS: test-static-link PASS: test-strerror PASS: Gtest-bt PASS: Ltest-bt PASS: Gtest-exc PASS: Ltest-exc PASS: Gtest-init PASS: Ltest-init PASS: Gtest-concurrent PASS: Ltest-concurrent PASS: Gtest-resume-sig PASS: Ltest-resume-sig PASS: Gtest-trace PASS: Ltest-trace PASS: test-async-sig PASS: test-flush-cache PASS: test-init-remote PASS: test-mem child's exit status 255 FAILURE: detected 1 errors FAIL: test-ptrace PASS: Ltest-nomalloc PASS: rs-race PASS: run-check-namespace PASS: run-ptrace-mapper =========================================== 1 of 24 tests failed Please report to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> =========================================== Thanks and Regards, Prabhat
