Thanks & agreed. The use of bold in H3 on the pages I edited was my personal preference, and I had no idea whether others would prefer that as well, or want the default H3 (there may be cases where people prefer a non bold H3?). But if everybody is OK with bold default, having it in the CSS makes sense.
