Can you please download http://sourceforge.net/projects/libusbx/files/releases/1.0.12/Windows/libusbx-1.0.12-win.7z and then extract xusb.exe from the examples\bin32\ Then open a command prompt, navigate to the directory where you extracted xusb.exe and run: xusb -d 091E:0003 This should provide a log that can help identify what your issue is. If you can forward us this log, we should have a better idea of how to help you.
