The goal of a copyright is not to promote something but to assign the
copyright to a legal entity.
libusbx.org has no legal existence and can not be assigned a copyright.

I agree it is a (very) good idea to mention http://libusbx.org in the
header, but not in the copyright section.
You can use something like:

" The libusbx project is hosted at http://libusbx.org "
