BTW, probably we should remove Peter Stuge from the contributor list
and add to the copyright holder list in the AUTHORS file to be align
with the libusb project.

As for the "TODO" file, are the list still be valid? Probably we should
just mentioning that users should refer to the libusbx roadmap.
