OK. You don't seem to have the filter driver, and I have just been able to reproduce the issue in xusb, with the WinUSB driver alone. I'll locate where the regression was introduced and fix that (though it is possible this is a consequence of the WinUSB-like common handling, in which case it may take a bit of time to fix).
