OK, then we'll disable it again once Travis has modified the libusbK driver.

I think we had already decided to disable it by default, for pretty much 
the same reasons as exposed above. It's only after we ran into the 
behaviour discrepancy between WinUSB and libusbK that we decided to 
enable it as a workaround.

I have now created issue #77, so that we keep track of this future 
requirement.
