Please see the download at the expected location [1]. Tested a bunch of Windows and Linux so far, and things look OK. I pushed the release date a little bit to allow more than 10 days for testing. Unless someone else wants to do it, I'll also announce the RC on Linux USB tomorrow (in case there's something obvious in the RC I haven't picked up).
Please test the tarball as much as possible, and report on potential issues. Oh, and the API has been updated as well. Have a look at [2] for instance.
