the user have tried with the 15rc3 with the same result (the device is a 
0x0403, 0x6001)

we use zadig (the last one) to install the WINUSB drivers

can you please provide a mingw32 dll with the LIBUSB_DEBUG flag (in case 
I do something wrong at compilation stage...).
