Intel provides a version 1.0.9.254 here. But it may not be meant
for your chipset: it says Intel 7 series/C216 XHCI controller and
not C210.

As Pete mentioned, you do not seem to have the latest driver.

TI has a driver here, version 1.16.3.0. So you may want to give it a try.
