I would rather say OpenBSD 5.3-current or later to explicitly state 
that this version will also work on OpenBSD 5.4 or later.

  Update OpenBSD backend with support for control transfers to
  non-ugen(4) devices and make get_configuration() no longer
  generate I/O.

You might also use "mpi" rather than "mpieuchot" to match my copyright
and openbsd address ;)
