I pushed a minor fix[1] just now that lets you generate Eclipse
settings with `./gyp_uv.py -f eclipse`.
Note that it does *not* generate a new CDT project - it generates a
out/{Debug,Release}/eclipse-cdt-settings.xml file that you can import
into an existing CDT project.
