Heh, no way. We unified the threadpool implementations for a reason.
If you want to use threads you can create your own with
uv_thread_create and do the queuing yourself.

Alternatively, you can use the UV_THREADPOOL_SIZE environment variable
to set the threadpool size, it's capped at 128.
