As the work on client and DTLS will be in motion. I will be needing the 
write access.

So do we have some time ? If so then, I can continue working on it on the 
current repo until the pending work is completed.
or Will it be possible to have write access to libuv-extras.

By the way, as Inaki suggested, which name SSL or TLS do you think we 
should go with.
