Basically everybody who develops applications that dynamically link to 
libuv (e.g. by using some of the bindings listed on 
https://github.com/libuv/libuv/wiki/Projects-that-use-libuv).
Getting a recent 1.0 release of libuv on Debian/Ubuntu means building from 
source as there's no package available (the distro repos ship 0.10).

Having an official libuv repo that I can add for getting the latest libuv 
releases would be highly appreciated.
