How can I build libuv in msys2 <http://msys2.github.io/>or cygwin <http://cygwin.org/>?
I couldn't find any document about these, and I have to use a VM when I don't want to install mingw(while msys2 <http://msys2.github.io/>is more powerful and provide any thing mingw have) or visual studio.
