Well, it does generate a Xcode project. And the Xcode project builds 
successfully (all targets). But it is indistinguishable from a “macos” Xcode 
project from what I can see.

I will investigate this further later but if someone knows a little bit more 
about libuv iOS support, I would be very happy if he could share.
