I try to spawn subprocesses and communicate them using stdio pipes - my code

It works great on linux. But on windows it sometimes hangs and outputs some 
garbage on console

SBT-Vostretsov-NS@DF-100616-DV21 MINGW64 ~/root/home/dev/libuv-split/build
$ echo -e 'abcd\nadsadsads' | ./libuv-spawn.exe cat
%j%j
abcd
adsadsads

Valgrind on linux does not give any message. But drmemory on Windows gives 
these 
errors
