Thanks for the update. Both the problems are gone. Up to 720p encoding is
working fine.

But I have issues with writing chroma componet(UV) data to the VA surface.

Left image is seen after uploading the data to the Surface. (see the below
image)
Right image is the original content.

I am using VA_FOURCC_NV12 pixel format.
Is there any know issues with the chroma components ?
