Your patch looks good to me. I will propagate it to gst-plugins-bad
codecparsers (h264), if you don't mind. This will be useful to other
decoders as well. Though, VC-1 already has the required changes. Could
you please try to use GstVC1AdvancedSeqHdr.par_{n,d} instead?
