If there are no parameters, there is nothing to validate.
If params == NULL, memcpy below results in memcpy(sorted, NULL, 0),
which is UB.

Found by UBSAN. Example of this codepath: virDomainBlockCopy()
(where nparams == 0 is valid) -> qemuDomainBlockCopy()
