As planned, I tagged RC1 in git and pushed signed tarball and rpms to the usual place:
ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ Seems to work in my limited testing, https://ci.centos.org/view/libvirt/ seems mostly clean and happy, but please give it some testing !
