As planned this is now tagged in git head and signed source tarball and rpm are available at the usual place:
https://libvirt.org/sources/ there is a few weirdness on CI, some apparently related to freebsd, others to python and go bindings, worth having a look, some are broken for a while now. Otherwise this passes my very minimal testing, but don't rely on this ! I plan on making a RC2 for Thanksgiving, and if everything looks fine push the final release next Monday.
