No, it's not possible.
You can get a list of commands trough: virsh qemu-agent-command $GUEST 
'{"execute": "guest-info"}'

If you 'own' the guest system, you can install the telnet server (still 
available on Server 2012R2). With the linux tool 'expect' you can script trough 
telnet.

Maybe, you can use 'nsclient++' to send commands to your quest. I use it only 
in combination with Nagios but it should be a good tool to have a more 
protected interface in comparisance with telnet.
