Yes, this should probably be me, but atm I'm severely
lacking free time to spend on Win32::API, and I recently had
a disk failure on my laptop :-|
This might change from next month.
Unless, of course, Steven and his team step up before.
I think it's reasonable to assume that I will have some
time starting 1st/2nd week of March, to play around
with the compiler, learning the basics and trying to build
the thing.
(ideally I would also
like to see the testing DLL being build locally instead of having a
prebuilt binary in the distribution).
This is where I want to go.
As you probably have seen, I started by re-adding the source code for
the library. The main problem for me was that I didn't (and I don't)
know how to make sure that all [dgn]make can correctly build
an external library not part of the perl libs.
