On Windows 8 with Strawberry perl ( This is perl 5, version 16,
subversion 3 (v5.16.3) built for MSWin32-x64-multi-thread ) the
Win32::Daemon::CreateService does not create the service with the sample
code, and also does not return a useful error. I have tried as the
administrator user, regular user, regular user in an administrator console.
C:\site2\nethl7\service>sample.pl
Failed to add service: The operation completed successfully.
The same code is successful on Windows 7.
