I try to install a service as I did on a 32bit-System and get the message:
Failed to add the xxxx service: The operation completed successfully

Tried on strawberryperl 5.16.3 (64bit-version) and Indigoampp perl 5.10 
(32bit-version) with same result
I use JDB/Win32-Daemon-20110117.tar.gz (on strawberry 5.16.3) and version 
20080324 (on perl 5.10)
