Hello, I just tried the autogen.sh in my msys and it works for me. Now, it is looking for two things: autoconf >= 2.53 and autoheader >= 2.53. Now, maybe the command has a problem with your autoconf and autoheader. Can you send the autoconf --version and also autoheader --version output?
