OK, I just tried the build using MSys and it succeeded. My configure line is:
WPD2RAW=/target/bin/wpd2raw.exe GMCS=/c/PROGRA~1/Mono-2.0.1/bin/gmcs JAVAC=/c/PROGRA~1/Java/jdk1.5.0_16/bin/javac.exe JAVA=/c/PROGRA~1/Java/jdk1.5.0_16/bin/java.exe PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/target/lib/pkgconfig SWIG=~/swigwin-1.3.36/ ./configure --prefix=/target And everything compiles well, the make check is passing the tests.
