Apologies for wasting bandwidth with my previous message. The November 2010 news bulletin clearly states that the latest version includes: Conversion of password protected WP1, WP3, WP42 and WP5 documents. That answers my question. (And tells me that I will need to add a routine to the AppleScript wrapper I'm writing for wpd2odt that will detect whether a password-protected file is a supported <= version 5 document or a non-supported >= version 6 document - an enjoyable challenge!) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WhatsUp Gold - Download Free Network Management Software The most intuitive, comprehensive, and cost-effective network management toolset available today.
