Hmm, I've found it on my CPAN-local mirror, but the CPAN module does not
detect it - for whatever reason. I had a quick look at Makefile.PL and the
HTML/Element.pm, but couldn't find anything that could block CPAN from
parsing the version number. I don't know the CPAN mechanisms very well,
maybe we should ask some expert how CPAN.pm detects new versions of
modules in different distributions. I've CC'ed this mail to Andreas
Koenig, the maintainer of CPAN.pm.
