I was listening in on the openssl lists for a while and they were doing
this. Not with perl, but directly through the openssl tool set. I
think there is a little handshake you go through and then you send the
client cert up. Are you talking about getting the server cert? That is
even easier I think. You can find the openssl page link somewhere on
www.apache.org. Try www.openssl.org.
