I did this the other day ....
Go to www.perl.com
hit the cpan link, then the recent arrivals link
I got a list of authors... went down to SBURKE .... clicked on the
readme
Then I just shortened the url back to:
http://www.perl.com/CPAN-local/authors/id/S/SB/SBURKE/
which gave me the directory listing ....
Went down to HTML-Tree-0.62.stuff and saved them to local disk.
