Hi,
I have been looking at the MIME::Tools module, and it is very exciting.
However, before I found this excellent module (which unfortunately dosn't seems to
work very well as the modules can be found even though I have succesfully modified
@INC, I believe this is an upgrade 5.x issue) I had been trying to use my own
solution, but I just can't get it to work.
My problem is with attachments, for example the standard .gif file.
The crux of the problem is basically that what I get from the mail server does not
match the same "file" base-64 encoded using the MIME::Base64 module.
Is there some "dummies" answer to this? The setup is basically that the mails are sent
using MS Outlook (MIME encoded), fetched from the mail server, stored in a .txt file
without modification and decrypted (Win98 operating system), the decryption is really
close, but there are generally some spaces missing and obviously the message cannot be
read.
My suspicion is that there is something wrong with my delimiters, but I do not
understand what, and how they should be organised.
