Install LIBWWW on CGI-Homepage

Hi all,

Is it possible and how to install LIBWWW on following configuration:

- free homepage with 10MB on a www-server
- own cgi-bin - directory
- PERL 5.05 serverside

BUT no Administration-Account on the Server!!

(I don't want to hack the Server of the Homepage-Server, I just thougth
there would be a possibility to install LIBWWW into my own
homedirectory...)

Any comments are welcome!!
