Once you've got it installed you can access the documentation by using
'perldoc LWP::UserAgent' or whatever. (Though I've always thought that one
of the shortcomings of perldoc and 'man' is that you don't know what
documentation is available.)
You can check out the perldoc pages on the web at
http://www.engelschall.com/ar/perldoc/ .
Check out the lwpcook pages for some good examples.
