I have been trying to install LWP in UWIN on and off for about two months.
>From several rounds of email, I am convinced that the problem of getting
gcc to compile MIME64 is too complicated and requires too many steps to
solve by email. I embrace the shame and humiliation of admitting this
fact, to this community.
