Can't get SSL working under Win32 with ActivePerl

Has anybody got a binary for SSLeay for ActivePerl 5.006 build 613?

I haven't been able to successfully build it, and I desperately need to
access some SSL pages with LWP.

If not, anybody got any tips for how I should go about building it - I have
tried with Visual C++ 6.0, and it didn't cut the mustard (make test failed
miserably).

I have searched all over the 'net, but nobody else seems to have done this
(or talked about having done it).
