The new release of Crypt-SSLeay-0.17 has fixed my connection timeout errors running on OS X Server. Works Great now! One minor problem though. Running the CPAN recommend option reports a newer version of NET::SSL and recommends installing Crypt-SSLeay-0.16. Not sure who to contact but this version problem should be easy to correct.
